Our lecture series begins with Tom Burns exploring psychiatry.

November – November opens with Art Exhibition Hugh Sanders at the Sion Hill Gallery. FitkinWall bring us Lost in the Michael Tippett Centre and we hear music from our music students at St Swithin’s with a programme that includes Gustav Holst’s The Planets. BA Acting 3rd year kick off their final showcases with Anna Karenina in the University Theatre and we have a Cabaret Night at Burdall’s Yard billed as a veritable feast of entertainment and possibly “the best show in the world…” Our Monologue Knockout season starts with a bang at the end of the month with actors going head to head to win the audience vote.

December – Heading towards the end of term These Beautiful Things returns to Burdall’s Yard to showcase emerging industry talent from Bath Spa Songwriting & Commercial Music courses. Dance students join forces with Impermanence Dance Theatre and local youth groups to create Rise, a performance of physically challenging contemporary dance. Then we have our yearly Carol Concert at Bath Abbey, a celebration of Christmas not to be missed. Ending our Autumn Season will be the BA Acting Ensemble Project. The company will work in collaboration with Bath Spa’s Widening Participation Team and use the stimulus of ‘aspirations’ to devise their piece.
