Tom Glover returns to host another evening of great stand-up.
Top of this month’s bill is the fabulous Jessica Fostekew who regularly hosts ‘The Comedy Club’ on BBC Radio 4 Extra and writes for Channel 4’s 8 out of 10 Cats and Mock The Week. As well as writing gags for other people she’s been performing stand-up since 2008 everywhere from Switzerland to Swansea.
Comedy magician Wayne the Weird opens the night with an act that combines unbelievable tricks with hilarious audience interaction and a sprinkling of jokes along the way. “No-one in the audience will ever be able to look at rubber gloves and white rabbits in the same way again” Creative Cows Comedy.
Completing the line-up are Richard Lindesay and Radstock’s own Ben Sutton. Richard has been been described as an Antipodean Milton Jones / Demetri Martin hybrid, with a sharp mix of quirky yet accessible one-liners. Ben returns to his Radstock roots after a period thriving in the North West comedy scene where he has been gigging at top comedy clubs such as The Frog and Bucket in Manchester and Liverpool Comedy Central.
