Local composer Dan Lashbrook whose first musical “The Decent Rogues” saw two sell out runs in the area before touring to The Bridewell Theatre London in 2012, is now going head to head with musical theatre writers from across the country in the Search for new talent. All votes are through twitter and must be cast this week, those shortlisted will see their work performed in London, the winners being offered opportunities and mentoring far beyond their dreams. Music is Life Prods next show is “Pencoweth” to be seen at The Rondo Theatre at the end of September 2013 prior to touring.

“Vote for Bath resident Dan Lashbrook & Rob Pratt of Music is Life Productions! Whose brand new award-winning musical ‘The Decent Rogues’ which premiered at the Rondo Theatre has been entered into the national competition “Search for A Twitter Composer”. The winners get their show performed by a West End Company in a West End Theatre.
