BOX OFFICE ASSISTANTS (FIXED TERM)
We are looking for full-time (36.5 hours) and part-time (18.5 hours) Box Office Assistants to join our team for a 15 week fixed-term contract. The Box Office team are responsible for creating and maintaining a positive first point of contact for visitors to our busy creation centre, serving as effective ambassadors for the venue. The building has a range of specialist and multi-purpose spaces for arts activities including performances, exhibitions and rehearsals, as well as academic teaching, conferences, meetings and catering.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience working in a customer service role or similar FOH/Reception role. They must be committed to providing excellent customer service, and be highly organised and flexible, with demonstrable administrative experience. They will be able to work independently and calmly under pressure yet work well as part of a team.
The role requires flexibility and availability to work a variety of hours across building opening hours, 7 days per week, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
