Packed full of interactive drama games, music, movement and craft for pre-school children, parents and carers, this six week course allows you to explore your imaginations, bond with your little one and meet other parents, careers and tiddlers!

Paula Willcox, Pound Arts’ Tiddler Troupes practitioner said “During the sessions we’ll be using our creativity and imaginations to explore a new theme every week through drama, storytelling, music, movement and making. Fun for small people and big kids alike – we’re really looking forward to creating a vibrant Monday morning Tiddler Troupe.”

Join Paula on Monday 27 January, Monday 3, 10, 24 February and Monday 3, 10 March at 10.30am-11.30pm. £20 admits one adult and one child for all six sessions and includes refreshments.

“It’s a lovely, sociable start to the week and a great way to introduce your child to creative play and their first steps in theatre making.” Paula added.

Also for you and your youngster, Pound Arts continues to offer special film screenings dedicated for parents and careers with babies under 18 months. These screenings welcome noisy little ones so there’s no need to take them outside if they cry! Not only is dim lighting left on in the auditorium, there are also highchairs, changing facilities and a bottle heating service available.

This season’s Tuesday Tiddler screenings include Sunshine on Leith, a film based on the sensational stage hit featuring music from pop-folk band The Proclaimers, showing on Tuesday 11 March at 11am.

Also showing this season is Enough Said, the story of single parent Eva, who is dreading her daughter’s impending departure for college. She meets Albert (James Gandolfini) a sweet, funny and like-minded man who also faces an empty nest. As romance blossoms, Eva unknowingly befriends Albert’s ex-wife. The Tuesday Tiddler screening will be onTuesday 8 April, 11am.
