Corsham’s Blue Sky Festival is excited to present a unique musical collaboration between The Bristol Reggae Orchestra and 100 local school children.

The festival is a joyous, warm, quirky family celebration in Corsham from 23-26 June.

This special, never to be forgotten concert will blow the roof off Corsham with infectious beats of some of the greatest reggae songs ever written.

Bristol Reggae Orchestra are one the UK’s most unique, inspiring and uplifting bands. Drawing on a collective of 40 musicians, they tour festivals and cities performing their blend of reggae, ska, jazz & classical music.

“The band swoops in with the precision of a swing orchestra on holiday in Jamaica. It’s one of Bristol’s most exciting music projects.” – Venue Magazine

The Blue Sky Choir is a group of 100 children from five local primary schools: Corsham Primary, St Patricks Primary, Heywood Prep, Neston Primary, and Regis Primary who have been working with professional musicians under the leadership of Angelique Williamson to create this special concert.

The Blue Sky Festival thank Heywood Prep and Hunter French for sponsoring this event.

Pound Arts’ Creative Learning Officer, Naomi Silverton said “We’re delighted to announce this fantastic collaboration between so many local schools with a professional orchestra. It’s going to be a one-off reggae choir performance not to be missed!”
