Bristol Food Connections have invited Fanny & Johnnie Cradock into their fabulous Orangery Marquee on College Green on Friday 29 April where Kate’s Kitchen will serve Fanny’s Prawn Cocktail, Victory Chicken and Salute Escoffier.

Bristol Food Connections is produced in partnership with Great Western Railway, the BBC and Bristol City Council

And the Beaufort Arms at Hawkesbury Upton enjoyed Major & Mrs Cradock so much last time they’re back for a double. Join the Cradocks for a great dinner and show at this lovely Cotswold pub onFriday and Saturday 20/21 May

Bristol’s Festival of Ideas are celebrating FRANKENSTEIN’s 200th birthday with a weekend of fascinating events (22/23 April) including Richard Holmes on Mary Shelley and a new stage adaptation of the novel.

On 2/3 July it’s VIEW FROM THE PEN at Windmill Hill City Farm:a weekend of shows to celebrate their 40th birthday.
