The director of The Bear, co-Artistic Director of Improbable and Comedy Store Players regular offers an insight into is practice for emerging and established directors.

Lee says: “Underpinning Improbable’s approach to making work is our abiding love and trust in improvisation in all its forms. This is combined with other tools that allow something other than the director’s brain to be in charge. What these approaches have in common is that they are about being collective, collaborative, instinctive and plugged into what is happening in the rehearsal room right now.” MORE & BOOK
