As the pressures of growing up and growing apart become more apparent for this Lancashire Duo, Jess and Liv begin to wonder what’s beyond those double doors of shoppers paradise? A world at their feet or a world of disappointment? You can travel the globe and become a career girl but does the man at the local shop know your name? And come on, it’s nice having your Mum next door isn’t it? This heartfelt, rib tickling story is paired with big parodies of power ballads! So grab your bag for life as we take you on a double date dancing down the whoopsie aisle!

Cast

Jessica Forrest completed two years at The University of Manchester, Drama and Screen

Studies B/A before landing a regular role on Channel 4’s Hollyoaks. Since then Jessica has starred as a regular in CBBC’s Dani’s Castle. Other television credits include Coronation Street, ITV and The Cruise, Sky Arts. Jessica has just completed a national tour of Chip Shop Chips with Manchester-based theatre company, Box of Tricks.

 

Olivia Nicholson graduated from Drama Centre London in 2014. Since then, she has secured lead roles in various theatre productions and TV. She’s currently in rehearsals for Midsummer Night’s Dream (Windsor open air theatre) and New writing Being Nice (Camden Fringe). Recent credits include Angels with Dirty Accents at the Cockpit Theatre and has worked for Birmingham Rep touring His Dark Materials.
