Monday 3 November
6:50pm – 9pm
The Natural Theatre Company Studio
An intensive two hour workshop on the bright, bold and muscular world of Shakespeare’s words.
They drove Hamlet mad, Shylock to revenge, Benedict to love. They doomed Desdemona, elevated Rosalind and educated Miranda.
Using examples from across the canon, this workshop aims to dispel the myth that the language is insurmountable, dry and outdated whilst using dynamic, engaging and fun techniques to unlock the words.
Accessing voice, physicality and using a bucket full of passion, this workshop is aimed at old hands and newbies alike. This isn’t about what you can do; it’s about exploring the world.
Workshop designed for participants aged 16+
Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.
