TAYC welcomes young people from 11 to 17 years of age and will spend this term exploring different elements of theatre including Technical Theatre, writing, improvisation and script work. They will also be invited to come and see the premier performance of May, exploring the life of a suffragette who was also a wheelchair user. This is being created and performed by Town Hall Arts Associate Artist, Phoebe Kemp and will be performed on Thursday 15 February.

‘We think it is really important that our young people get to work with inspiring specialists in Youth Theatre and see the professional theatre and dance we are able to bring to Trowbridge’ Tracy Sullivan, Director of Town Hall Arts goes onto say, ‘We want every young person to have the opportunity to experience our Youth theatre so we keep our prices low and offer bursaries to families who find it difficult to manage those.’

We invite those who would like to give TAYC a try a free taster session on Monday 8th. The termly fee is then £60 with a Free ticket to see a professional performance. Please email .uk if you would like to request bursary support.
